Hoy es el National Bund Cake, y para celebrarlo, esta semana he hecho dos bunds en casa, el que más éxito ha tenido ha sido este, duró dos días, también es verdad que vino mi cuñado a cenar, y el es de los que le gusta desayunar dulce, así que se llevo un buen trozo, pero a pesar de eso ha sido un visto y no visto.
ingredientes:
100 gr. de mantequilla
75 gr. de aceite girasol
250 de azucar
3 huevos
250 ml de buttermilk
250 de harina
Medio sobre de levadura
Ralladura de una naranja
Zumo de una naranja
Una copita de licor de regaliz
Una cucharada de cacao en polvo
Preparación
Precalentamos el horno a 180 grados.
Preparamos el molde bien engrasado con mantequilla o aceite o espray.
Tamizamos la harina junto con la levadura y reservamos.
Preparamos el Buttermilk, ya sabeis, nata liquida con unas gotitas de limón , en su defecto un chorrito de vinagre, y dejamos reposar 10 min, miestra hacemos el resto de cosas.
Batimos la mantequilla con el azúcar y la ralladura de naranja y una vez bien mezclado, añadimos el aceite, y batimos un poco más hasta que este todo bien incorporado. De la mezcla de la harina y la levadura, haremos tres partes a ojo, y ya podemos incorporar la primera, mientras seguimos batiendo, seguidamente añadimos la mitad de la buttermilk, que ya estará espesa, y cuando ya vemos que esta todo bien mezclado añadimos la segunda parte de la harina y la otra mitad de la buttermilk, y para finalizar la última parte de harina, una vez todo esta bien mezclado, añadimos el zumo de naranja y el licor, batimos poco a poco y si vemos que no se mezcla bien lo hacemos con la espátula.
Vertemos una cuarta parte de la masa, siempre a ojo, y hacemos que la masa blanca cubra toda la base.
Luego añadimos al resto de la masa la cucharada de cacao y la vertemos encima de la blanca.
El resultado es bonito, no tanto como yo esperaba, por que yo quería que quedara perfectamente definido el contorno del blanco, pero no me salió, tengo que estudiar que he hecho mal.
Pues como os he dicho fue un éxito, el licor de regaliz, realza el sabor de la naranja y la regaliz ni se nota.

ResponderEliminarImagino que el licor de regaliz sabrá a regaliz negro ¿no? Nunca lo he probado, pero el regaliz negro no me gusta, pero ... lo mismo combinado con el zumo de naranja se rebaja no se, sea como fuere se ve delicioso este bundt
